According to Italtrike, the OKO was conceived after a study of child ergonomics. The cradle-shaped frame makes it easy to mount since there’s no crossbar to get in the way. Adjustments in a wide variety of positions on the handlebars and saddle seat allow you to find a perfect fit for children between two and three years old.
The pushbar detaches and attaches with an easy insert in the rear of the frame. To stop your child from going in circles with curiosity while you’re trying to get somewhere, just push down so the front wheels lifts up. For an even more maneuverable model, something like the Kettler Air Navigator allows for rear-wheel parental steering.
Some of the unique features include:
3 position adjustable handlebar
6 postion adjustable saddle seat with 45 degree inclination
Detachable and stylish sun/rain canopy
Strong, lightweight and ergonomic steel frame
Extra seat padding with 3-point safety belt
Roomy rear seat bag for storage
Drink holder that attaches easy
Chain-driven pedal mechanism with tough plastic encasement
There really isn’t another tricycle on the market anywhere that can match the comfort or style of this trike. However, there are plenty of tricycles with similar features such as the pushbar and canopy, such as the Radio Flyer Specialty Canopy Steering Trike.

I bought this for my granddaughters 2nd birthday and after assembling the trike I was amazed at how easy it was. It hasn’t been ridden yet but looks fun!
We love the tricycle my daughter thinks its really cool. the way it’s built is sturdy and also the orange color makes it really stand out over all the rest. the only problem that we have with it is the canopy front screw was strip so we couldn’t use it. Thats the only downside to the whole tricycle. So we called trike kids and they were good to work with us. we just packed it up and sent it back to exchange for a new one. can’t wait to receive it so that my daughter can get outside and use it!
The Good: Wonderful design, coolest looking tricycle made. My son loves it, is very proud every time he rides in it. The seat has a harness system, which is pretty unique and keeps him from getting out every 50 feet. Adjustability is great, 3 positions in the handle bars and 3 for the seat. The sun canopy is a nice touch, keeps sun exposure down and adds to the uniqueness of the tricycle. It has much more of a bike feel because it is chain driven (vs. most tricycles have the petals directly on the front tire.) The chain is completely enclosed so their no issues of little fingers get caught or dirty. In addition, it was easy to assemble, and the tools were included to do so.
The Bad: I should say – it is very solid – I have no concerns about it falling apart – its really the attention to the finishing details. The welds are ugly. The paint poorly applied and some of it was chipped off already right out of the box – resulting in some rust spots. None of these was a big deal to me, I’d still buy it again.
